Keren Tzahi is a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience in high-security and mission-critical environments. A former senior officer in the Israel Police, she held key positions in elite investigative units and cybercrime task forces, and also served as a strategic advisor to top police commanders. Throughout her career, Keren led complex, large-scale operations, developed advanced security strategies, and managed multidisciplinary teams under high-pressure conditions. Her expertise in security, real-time systems, and rapid decision-making forms the foundation of 8 Vision Ventures’ ability to support companies operating in critical technology domains.
Brig. Gen. (Res.) Zion Sapir
Investment Committee
Brigadier General (Res.) Zion Sapir brings a distinguished security background and decades of senior management experience in strategic organizations. He served as CEO of RFE, part of Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, specializing in advanced combat technologies, and as CEO of the Association for the Wellbeing of Israel’s Soldiers. During his military career, Zion commanded the Menashe Brigade and the Bnei Hail Formation, and was the founding commander of the elite Duchifat Unit. Having been at the center of critical operational decision-making, he offers unparalleled strategic and operational insight that strengthens 8 Vision Ventures’ leadership and long-term vision.
Dr. Adi Hod
Advisor & Investor
Dr. Adi Hod is a global technology entrepreneur and recognized authority in artificial intelligence. With academic training from the Technion and MIT, Adi has founded multiple AI and cybersecurity ventures, several of which were successfully acquired. He brings deep expertise in innovation, scaling startups, and building trusted technology ecosystems, providing 8 Vision Ventures with strategic depth in AI, entrepreneurship, and global market expansion.
